Tessa received the Woodard Insurance-TCU General Internship in March 1998 and soon was promoted to the prestigious Internship in Accounting.

After earning her masters in accounting from Texas Christian University in 2001, Tessa joined the Fort Worth accounting firm of J. Taylor & Associates. She has worked in internal auditing for Burlington Northern Santa Fe since 2002.

A native of Lewisville, Texas, Tessa graduated from Marcus High School in 1996.

Tessa married Ryan Martinez in June 2001. Tessa and Ryan had their first child, a beautiful girl named Ryley Grace, on January 21, 2006. Congratulations, Tessa & Ryan!
