Rarely does a person make such a positive impact on a company in so short a time. Jane Downs began at Woodard Insurance, LLP, as a temporary employee in April of 2001, and we quickly asked her to join our team as office manager. Jane came from the banking industry and brought her service skills and a lot of professionalism and initiative with her and made great improvements in both the physical office and efficiency at Woodard.

Alas, Jane's family was transferred to Atlanta, and she left our team in the fall of 2001. Jane has since returned to Dallas and works for Wachovia Bank.
